Mr. Gray and the Island Invasion
A short parody of old B-movie science fiction and 1980's music videos. This game began as an interactive scene in Opensimulator. An associate thought I might enjoy learning how to create a game, and pointed me toward Tyranobuilder and the Summer Jam as an incentive. Using Tyranobuilder, Opensimulator, Blender, and Photoshop, here is my entry into Tyranobuilder's 2018 Summer Game Jam.

It was a very fun short adventure story. I really enjoyed the concept. The rattlesnakes were entertaining.
The narrative was pretty linear but the optional 'turn the protagonist into a snake' bit was funny.
The story was weird in a fun way and the ending was humorous.
This game sucked. I really liked the rattlesnake song though!

loved the game, had me laughing. was this made in secondlife? some of the models and animations look really similar. The idle animations remind me of the default AO they give you. lol
Thanks. I'm glad you enjoyed. This was filmed in Opensim, not secondlife, but the skeleton is the same. Yeah, the stand anim was basic.

I've played through this 3 times now, and I must say that this is perfect game to override the stress of the mundane world. If the shelves of Gamestop were full of games like this the game industry would be a wonderful place. I've played through some long winded dramatic visual novels on the PS vita over the years and I can honestly say none of them were anywhere near as fun as this. YOU ROCK!
